Yes You Can Yoga


inviting beginner and intermediate students. 


A gentle but challanging aproach is taken to warm and awaken the body in the beginning of class so we can further explore the body with standing and seated postures, backbends and twists.


Beginners always have the option to modify any pose, so even if you have no experience with Yoga you will feel relaxed and vitalized after the class.


We also learn about the connection between body and mind and how the breath is connecting both. Proper breathing is an important aspect of Yoga and you will get familiar with it in a short time.


In Yoga practice a lot of emphasis is put on the health of the spine. That's why we gently bend, stretch and twist the spine in many directions throughout Yoga practice. Every individual can explore their own range of motion with openess and a sence of curiosity.


We finish every class with a relaxation/meditation sequence to give you time to enjoy and realize the profound changes that have taken place in you during your practice.



The positive health benefits of Yoga practice are: more flexibility, stress relief, greater range of motion, calmness, peace of mind and much more. Only you can tell what Yoga really does for you and you will be able to feel the difference pretty soon. 


We are a husband and wife team that teaches, demonstrates and assists in our classes together so every student receives the most attention and care.
