we are exicted to annouce our new weekly Yoga class:
CHAIR YOGA
Since we receive such positive responses from the participants in our Chair Yoga classes in Gulf Breeze over the last year, we want to expand and offer a
Chair Yoga class in Milton too.
Chair Yoga is a gentle way to give the body much needed movement and deep breaths. This increases the blood circulation, bringing more oxyen into the body and more toxins out of it. Chair Yoga also tones, flexes and stretches the muscles which increases mobility and range of motion making the body less prone to injuries and stiffness.
Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise. You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being.
If you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor because of knee and/or hip problems, high blood pressure, body shape, shortness of breath, or any other physical limitation that keeps you form moving or exercising, Chair Yoga is a great opportunity for you to get yourself moving in the right direction!

Our weekly Hatha/Kundalini Yoga class schedule stays the same:
Tuesdays 9:00 am
Fridays 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
60 min. $5.00.
